Here Are Some Customer Reviews:

Matt Says:

First ever Dyson product and we absolutely LOVE IT. Read all the reviews, blahblahblah, took the plunge and ordered it. After about a week of use, here’s my take:

Suction is great. Don’t know what planet the people are on who say it’s lacking here. Oh, and BTW: Vacuum varies based on elevation, so if you live at like 9,000′ yeah, ANY vacuum won’t suck (or will suck, depending on where you’re coming from). Overall design is fantastic. Smart, smart, smart. Dyson obviously puts a LOT of thought into their design and I, for one, appreciate that. Trigger: So I was concerned about this. But it’s fine. Actually, it’s (look for the theme, here) SMART. Why? Because you’re looking at about 15 minutes runtime. Which is plenty. But the trigger forces you to turn the damn thing OFF when you move to another room, put it down to move a chair, whatever. Think about it: They put an ON/OFF switch and some dimwit will leave it on when they walk off to answer the phone, check on Fluffy, whatever…and when the battery runs out they will be the ones to gripe. So the trigger is fine. No sweat.

- Maneuverability: This thing will go ANYWHERE. Whatever it “supposedly” lacks in anything else, it makes up for in ease of use and the ability to get into small, strange places. Cost: Yeah, it’s expensive. So are luxury cars and you generally get what you pay for. Given that this thing improves my quality of life I am MORE than happy to pay the price. Accessories/Mounting Plate: Again, smart and very minimalistic. Battery life: OK, so I live in a smaller home, about 1,600 sq. ft. and while I have yet to run out of juice I can understand how if you lived in a big house this might be an issue. Not sure what to tell you…either get a corded one or just vacuum for 15 minutes at a time. I read a review where a lady said “Life is too short to spend more than 15 minutes vacuuming.” Well-said, lady. Well-said.

I have used the Dyson Dc35 nearly every day for three reasons: 1) It’s just cool. 2) I am consistently amazed with the stuff it picks up. And let me tell you, we keep a clean house. That said, I dump the canister and just shake my head. 3) When something is easy to use, you’re more likely to use it. Being cordless is just the way to go. So by now you are sick of reading so let me just tell you that the Dyson gets two big thumbs up/5-stars from a hard-to-please, penny-pinching skeptic of a consumer.

Lemure Says:

All the things I hate about vacuuming… GONE!

This new Dyson Dc35is not a hassle at all. It is fast, quick, and sucks very well. I have vacuumed cobwebs from the ceiling and used it to dust all my electronic equipment. I went up the stairs with it in 25 seconds. That has always been a major pain to do.. but now I did it for fun. And I hate cleaning!

I read reviews before I buy and I also take into account a TON of STUPID. Look past the stupid and buy this one. I am so glad that I did. No one in my family has complained about holding in the trigger, that it doesn’t pick up well, or that it scratches easily, etc… nor do we have any of the other complaints I have read here. When you are done wasting time with cheap crap and you want a good tool that is built to work and last, buy this one.

I have the Dyson Ball (which I LOVED and still do) and it now sits in the corner. I dust it occasionally with the new Dyson dc35. Thank you James Dyson!

The Pros of the Dyson Dc35

The Dyson DC35 is currently the most flexible and powerful portable vacuum cleaner on the market.  With its multi-floor capabilities and light weight and motorized head vacuuming all floor types is a breeze. The included long-reach enables the Dyson dc35 slim digital to easily vacuum under beds and high areas like ceilings.  The Dyson Dc35 attachments are easily removed for cleaning including the cleaning head, the reach wand and the battery so it can be recharged separately from the unit. You can also hang it on the wall and charge it with the included docking station.

The Cons Of the Dyson Dc35

One of the things I did not like is you have to hold the trigger to vacuum I feel some type of rocker switch would be better, but that’s my opinion. I also feel that the battery could last a little longer than 6 munits on max power but for most people 6 munits is more than enough time to vacuum.

The Dyson DC35 Digital Slim is by far the best portable vacuum I have ever used it is very powerful and easily transfers to different floor types. With its long reach wand the Dyson Dc35 works like a larger vacuum with its attachments cleaning hard to reach places is almost a joy. The vacuum only weighs around 5 lbs making it highly portable.  With its convertibility using it to vacuum your car or truck is easily accomplished. This vacuum would make a great addition to anyone’s cleaning arsenal and with the Dyson reputation for quality you cannot go wrong with the Dyson Dc35 Digital.
